06/24 VIOLENCE TIJUANA ANOTHER MINISTERIAL GOES DOWN AND CHECK OUT WHAT THE FEDS BUSTED
It went like this: Two individuals were stopped by the Federal Forces after a brief chase, the Feds suspected something strange when they saw a civilian driving a ROSARITO BEACH PATROL VAN in La Presa, Tijuana. These individuals actually had three vehicles, two of which had been armored and fitted on the inside with steel plates, set up to carry 10 people who would not only be able to travel unnoticed under the guise of the ROSARITO BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT but be highly protected when they started shooting, the vans were virtually modified tanks. AFN also reported that at least 20 people, including four policemen arrested over the past few days were being held under heavy guard at one of the hotels in Tijuana which the Federal Police use as headquarters. Blvd. Aqua Caliente to Club Campestre was completely shut down from both directions. These people were involved in the 04/07 attack on two Federal Agents and are being transfered to El Hongo in Tecate. - All agencies reporting in MEXICALI the Municipal Police arrest ANOTHER Ministerial Agent for kidnapping along with two accomplices. He was driving a stolen vehicle and in possession of 2 firearms, magazines, bullets, masks and first reports are 7K dollars in cash. El Mex is saying that although it has not been officially confirmed, the two accomplices are staff members of the Ministerial. Great. - All agencies reporting the Cuatro Sesion Plenaria de Fronterizas del Norte de Mexico took place today involving Mayors of the Northern region under heavy guard in Tijuana. 100 land units including all three levels of government, the Mexican Army and Special Forces along with overhead heliocopters, and foot patrols of private security and bodyguards provided cover for the officials.
