Tip #3: Don’t Forget The Installation
If you are purchasing a built in unit to retrofit in to your vehicle then you may need a professional or at minimum an installation kit. Some models come with over the headrest holders that can also benefit from being secured with Velcro. Can portable DVD players with car adapters charge and play at the same time?
I just bought a coby portable DVD player with a the car adapter. I cannot play the DVD's while the adapter is plugged in (!). According to coby customer service, it will only charge OR play, but not both. Are there any suggestions for portable DVD players for cars?

Police: 3 arrested in Eatontown had stolen property in car
Richard Cuccinello, 20, of Berkeley Place, Eatontown, Austin Handlin, 20, of ForestStreet, Kearney, and Ryan Cummings, 18, of Elkton, Maryland, were charged in Eatontown with four counts of receiving stolen property, police said.
Police believe the items found in the car, including clothing, GPS units, cell phones
and portable DVD players, had been stolen from vehicles in other communities, said Detective Sgt. Mark McGowan.
Officer Matthew Bailey made the arrests around 6 a.m. Saturday, after he was sent to Berkeley Place because police received a call about a suspicious vehicle there, the sergeant said.
In Ocean Township, police charged all three men with conspiracy. Police also charged Cummings with four counts of burglary and two counts of theft, said Detective Lt. Steven Peters.
He said the vehicle burglaries occurred between Friday night and Saturday morning at the Manor at Wayside and Cotswold condominium complexes, which are both in the area of West Park Avenue and Poplar Road.
